Welcome to okgmes. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "you," "your") and okgmes ("Platform," "Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the okgmes online gaming platform available at https://okgmes.cam and related mobile applications. 2.3 Account Limitation

Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one (1) active okgmes account. Upon discovery of multiple accounts linked to the same individual, okgmes reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts, void any winnings, forfeit account balances, and pursue legal remedies as deemed appropriate.

3.3 Account Security

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

4.4 Withdrawal Methods and Fees

okgmes supports withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and direct bank transfer to Philippine bank accounts. You must withdraw funds using the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, alternative methods may be permitted at okgmes discretion. okgmes does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may be subject to a processing fee of ₱50-₱100 depending on the withdrawal method and amount.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, limitations, or self-exclusion periods
• Sharing account access with third parties or allowing others to use your account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or okgmes staff
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the platform
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location or circumvent jurisdictional restrictions
• Posting or transmitting unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam through platform communication channels

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension Grounds

okgmes reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity; (c) you have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification; (d) your account activity poses a risk to okgmes or other users; (e) you have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without legitimate grounds; or (f) continued provision of services would violate applicable laws or regulations.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting okgmes customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within 7-14 business days, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Loyalty points, unredeemed bonuses, and promotional offers will be forfeited upon account closure and cannot be reinstated if you later decide to reopen your account.

8.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination or suspension, your access to okgmes services will be immediately revoked. If termination results from a breach of these Terms, okgmes may withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Winnings obtained through prohibited activities, fraud, or Terms violations will be voided and not paid out. okgmes is not obligated to provide detailed explanations for account terminations, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the general grounds for termination when appropriate.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

okgmes strives to maintain continuous platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform and games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. okgmes shall not be liable for service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime, network outages, or third-party service provider failures. 9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okgmes, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failures, or the cost of substitute services. 9.3 Force Majeure

okgmes shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, typhoons, earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics or pandemics, governmental actions, civil unrest, terrorism, war, labor strikes, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, power outages, or any other force majeure events. During such events, okgmes reserves the right to suspend services temporarily and shall not be liable for any losses incurred by users during the suspension period.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of okgmes, or your relationship with the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using okgmes services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be reached through informal negotiations, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution mechanisms.

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through informal negotiations shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in English language. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses related to arbitration, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding this arbitration clause, either party may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in court to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.

11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

okgmes reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to users through email notification sent to the registered email address on file, prominent notices on the platform homepage, or in-app notifications. Your continued use of okgmes services after modifications become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account.
